Proof required for non-discretionary expenses?
I am just wondering if I will be required to submit receipts for non-discretionary expenses with the expense form every month.
Will I have to submit receipts for the discretionary expenses every month?

You need to keep them in case your Trustee asks for them.
He may or he may not, but if you can’t present receipts (or proof of payment like a debit transaction on your bank statement) when called upon to do so, your claim for that non-discretionary expense item will be disallowed by your Trustee and you’ll end up paying more surplus income than you otherwise would’ve if you had proof of the expense in question.
